Opening
After a warm welcome from the Sergeant at Arms and the Club President, the Toastmaster of the evening sets the tone for the meeting and introduces the agenda.
One member, the Grammarian for the evening, introduces a "Word of the Day," which serves as a vocabulary-building exercise for everyone to incorporate into their speeches and conversations during the meeting.
The Toastmaster will also invite the Timer and Ah Counter to introduce their roles at this point.

Table Topics
This section offers impromptu speaking opportunities.
The Table Topics Master poses questions or topics, and members have the chance to give short, off-the-cuff speeches, developing their ability to think on their feet.

Refreshments & Networking
Members enjoy a short break where they can avail of refreshments and speak to other members and guests.
Prepared Speeches
Members deliver prepared speeches based on projects from the Pathways educational programme.
Each speech is typically 5-7 minutes in duration and is evaluated by another member to provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Speech Evaluations
After the prepared speeches, Evaluators provide feedback on each speaker's performance, highlighting strengths and offering suggestions for improvement.
Reports
Members who have performed a role at the meeting are invited to deliver a brief report towards the end of the meeting including the Timer's Report, the Grammarian's Report and the Ah Counter's Report.
General Evaluation
The meeting concludes with a general evaluation, during which the General Evaluator provides feedback on the overall meeting, including the conduct of roles, meeting flow, and any suggestions for improvement.

Closing
After presentation of awards for "Best Speaker" and "Best Topic", the Toastmaster of the evening concludes the agenda and the Club President closes the meeting.
